2. Service Categories

Our refund policy varies based on the type of service provided:

  • Consultation Services: Initial consultations and planning sessions
  • Travel & Experience Services: Luxury travel arrangements and bespoke experiences
  • Event Planning: Private events, celebrations, and gatherings
  • Property Services: Real estate assistance and property management
  • Lifestyle Services: Personal shopping, dining reservations, and lifestyle management

3. Refund Eligibility

Fully Refundable Services:

  • Consultation services canceled with 48 hours advance notice
  • Services not yet commenced where circumstances prevent delivery
  • Services where we fail to meet agreed-upon standards as outlined in your service agreement

Partially Refundable Services:

  • Travel arrangements where third-party vendor policies apply
  • Event planning services where vendor deposits have been secured
  • Services partially completed where measurable value has been delivered

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Completed consultation sessions and advisory services
  • Third-party bookings and reservations confirmed on your behalf
  • Services canceled with less than 24 hours notice
  • Membership fees and annual retainer agreements

4. Third-Party Services

When we arrange services through third-party providers (hotels, restaurants, transportation, venues), refunds are subject to the individual policies of those providers. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee refunds where third-party policies prohibit them.

5. Cancellation Timeframes

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund consideration for eligible services
  • 24-48 hours notice: Partial refund consideration (case-by-case basis)
  • Less than 24 hours: Generally non-refundable
  • Emergency circumstances: Evaluated individually with appropriate documentation

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our client services team at contact@limitlessco.com
  2. Provide your service agreement number and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Include any supporting documentation
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for review and response
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

7. Membership and Retainer Refunds

Annual membership fees and retainer agreements are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Relocation outside our service areas
  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Significant life changes affecting service utilization

8. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds in force majeure situations will be handled case-by-case with maximum flexibility.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may request escalation to our senior management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally while maintaining our high standards of service.
